Holly Body (born Rochelle Trevis, June 4, 1970 in Encino, California) is an American porn star, feature dancer and escort. Holly grew up in what she refers to as a "conservative family". Her parents slept in separate beds and sex was not a topic that was ever discussed.
In 1992, while working as a waitress at a Mexican restaurant in the San Fernando Valley, CA, she was approached by pornographic actor/director Rex Hickok (also known as Rex Cabo). At the time she was also attending Santa Monica Community College as well as performing as a bikini dancer and stripper. At the time, her hair was blonde. After a couple of years of retirement, she was reportedly married to a professional football player, who was cut by the Oakland Raiders. She returned to the adult industry as a brunette, now with large breast implants. Holly was one of the most successful porn stars of the 1990s, starring both in American and European features. She chose to remain freelance (as opposed to most of her co-stars who worked with one production company under an exclusive contract). She again retired for a couple of years around the turn of the century just and returned again around 2003, with more extensive plastic surgery, especially in her face. She is currently represented by the adult entertainment industry talent agency LA Direct Models.
